Energy Action Plan for the Teofipol Community

The team of the Khmelnytskyi Energy Cluster is completing another project with the Teofipol territorial community - "Sustainable Energy Development and Climate Action Plan for the Teofipol Community".

Together with the invited expert Volodymyr Lesyuk, a team of the Teofipol Council, and the Agency for Local Development of the Teofipol community, we implemented the following initiatives:

• The Teofipol community became a participant in the "Agreement of Mayors" initiative

• Created a working group that included the representatives of the public, business, and government. The aim of the group - creation of potential projects that were included in the developed Action Plan

• Held a public discussion of the Action Plan before approving the document at a session of the Teofipol Council

• Developed and approved "Sustainable Energy Development and Climate Action Plan for the Teofipol Community" at the session of the Teofipol Council. The main task of the document is the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions by at least 35% by 2030 and the achievement of climate neutrality by 2050

• Strengthened the capacity of the Teofipol community by joining the "Energy Transition" Coalition and searching for potential partners
