The non-governmental organization "Khmelnytskyi Energy Cluster" announces a tender for the purchase of components for the construction of a Solar Power Plant (SPP) with a capacity of 3 kW or more with a ballast mounting system for the Khmelnytskyi Higher Vocational School #25, which will be used for educational purposes.

Requirements for the performer: 

1. No connections with persons or businesses related to russia (including accounts in russian banks);
2. Availability of all the necessary equipment specified in the Technical Task (or its analogues with the same or better characteristics);
3. Timely delivery of the equipment within the terms.
