The TV program was founded in 2019 by Khmelnytskyi Energy Cluster and local TV channel "Misto". So far, more than 40 episodes have been shot. "Ecovector" covers topics of climate change, energy efficiency, RES, waste management, regional news, global startups and innovations.

Since the start of the program, cluster communication manager Svitlana Karytun has been the author and host of various sections of the program: energy efficiency recommendations, environmental myths, waste sorting, and environmental challenges. With the beginning of a full-scale russian-Ukrainian war in 2022, the chairman of the board, Stepan Kushnir, and the executive director, Artur Kokarevych, became the authors and hosts of the sections "Ecoblitz" and "Ecocrimes".
