Khmelnytskyi Nuclear Power Plant: Threat or Opportunity?

At the state level, the possibility of constructing units 3 and 4 of the Khmelnytskyi Nuclear Power Plant (KNPP) has been under consideration for a long time. There are many contradictions among the population, the public, and the authorities because there are both opponents and supporters of the implementation of this project. Considering this, it is very important to form a public vision of this state project. For this, the Khmelnytskyi Energy Cluster team held a Hackathon: "Khmelnytskyi NPP: Threat or Opportunity?". Its goal - is the formation of various scenarios for the development of the Khmelnytskyi region and the 30-kilometer zone near the Khmelnytskyi NPP in the context of possible options for the operation of the Khmelnytskyi NPP.
