In the summer of 2019, the Khmelnytskyi Energy Cluster team, together with the partners of the NGO Ecoclub, organized the "Khmelnytskyi Energy Forum". The Forum became a platform for communication among representatives of businesses, authorities, and public organizations in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency, search for partners, and investors. The methodology for assessing the potential of renewable energy developed by the Khmelnytskyi Energy Cluster was presented for the first time at this event.

The forum itself consisted of a panel discussion "How to implement the potential of RES: opportunities and obstacles" and separate sections "Bioenergy" and "Solar energy". Representatives of various institutions took part in the forum: the State Energy Efficiency Agency, the Bioenergy Association of Ukraine, the Institute for Economics and Forecasting of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Active Consumers and Prosumers Union, and others. Also during the forum, a memorandum on cooperation between the Khmelnytskyi Energy Cluster and the Agency for Regional Development of the Khmelnytsky Region was signed.
