At the end of 2021, the cluster team completed the implementation of the project "Climate Ambitions of the Khmelnytskyi Community: Action Plan". It included the analysis of the strategic document "Action Plan for Sustainable Energy Development of Khmelnytskyi for 2016-2025". This plan includes a number of energy saving and energy efficiency measures aimed at reducing CO2 emissions and combating climate change in Khmelnytskyi.

Based on the analysis of the current Action Plan for Sustainable Energy Development of Khmelnytskyi, the cluster team determined the state of its implementation and developed a number of recommendations that will improve the effectiveness of the current document and take into account new administrative and territorial boundaries (in 2020, 24 villages joined the Khmelnytskyi community). In addition, the recommendations include consideration of the climate component for the updated Action Plan of the Khmelnytskyi community.
